OUR FIRST salt crystal lamp was purchased online as a gift for a family member needing an air cleaner. "Going for a boat ride on the salt water was the only way you could breathe as a child!" says Mom; "Put a salt lick by your computer," a friend had advised. "Use the mineral crystal instead of deodorant with chemicals." It made sense. Besides, I liked the "natural" part. It was a little expensive and needed modification, but we were intrigued.
